ON DEMAND MANUFACTURING

HP MULTI JET FUSION, SLA, MARKFORGED, DMLS, FDM, POLYJET

From concept through production, we have been helping companies make better products faster since 1996.

StereoLithography (SLA)

Stereolithography (SLA) produces extremely complex prototypes with excellent accuracy and surface finish.

Multi Jet Fusion

Rugged high quality production strength parts that are ideal for low volume production

Fused Deposition (FDM)

FDM parts are ideal for fixtures and low-volume production parts.

Polyjet

PolyJet printing offers very high precision models and prototypes, with outstanding surface features and fine detail.

Metal 3D Printing (DMLS)

Metal 3D printing is making fast metal parts a reality. This exciting technology is revolutionizing the prototyping and manufacturing industry.

Urethane Casting

InterPRO offers urethane castings – plastic parts with material properties similar to engineered production plastics. This bridge-tooling method is often used to span the low volume step between prototypes and production.

Silicone Casting

InterPRO offers cast silicone prototypes that are produced using RTV silicone. Material properties range from Shore A 15 to Shore A 60, with high resistance to heat and chemicals.

Custom Finishing

InterPRO can turn your product idea into a beautifully finished “show” model with the look and feel of a production piece.

CNC Machining

Our services include 4-axis CNC machining of metal and plastic prototypes and tooling. We use SolidWorks and SolidCAM to program directly from your CAD database.

CAD Support

InterPRO offers professional design services for customers that do not have 3D CAD capability.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technology offers fully functional prototypes with strong mechanical properties and good thermal resistance.
