Stereolithography (SLA) is the first choice for producing complex geometries with excellent accuracy and great surface finish. InterPRO operates nine SLA high resolution and large frame SLA systems in-house.

InterPRO’s unique SLA Nano technology quickly produces very small or very large prototypes with incredible accuracy, utilizing a variable-diameter laser beam that focuses to 0.004” diameter for high precise features. InterPRO offers many SLA materials to choose from, including glass clear, high impact strength, high HTD and Class VI medical grade.

Applications

and master patterns for RTV molding.

Process


SLA works by focusing a UV laser onto a vat of photo curable resin. As the laser draws a shape on the surface of the photopolymer, the resin is solidified and forms a single layer of the desired 3D object. The process is repeated for each layer of the design until the 3D object is complete

Standard build layer height is 0.004″
High resolution build layer height of 0.002″ is also available.
